This website is operated by Pam Dunn, a real estate broker affiliated with Compass. This notice explains what information the site collects and how it is used. It covers this website only; Compass’s own privacy policy applies to compass.com and Compass services.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, your area of interest, your message, and the page you sent it from. We also record the time of submission, your IP address and browser type, to help prevent spam and abuse.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to provide the real estate services you ask about. We do not sell it. Submissions are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and forwarded to Pam’s email inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Spam protection

The contact form uses hidden fields and timing checks to filter automated submissions.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-focused service such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and update this notice.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site.

Links to other sites

This site links to Compass, social networks, Google Maps and other external sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
