Southeast Denver & Aurora
Practical homes, quick highway access, and a state park in the middle.

The southeast side of the city, where Denver meets Aurora around I-225 and Hampden Avenue, is a large share of Pam’s work. It is a practical part of the metro: established subdivisions from the 1960s through the 1990s, newer infill, and a deep inventory of townhomes and condominiums near the Denver Tech Center. Cherry Creek State Park and its reservoir anchor the area.

Housing
What you’ll find
Single-family homes on cul-de-sacs and curving streets, two-story homes from the 1990s, and condominium communities with pools and clubhouses near I-225. School district boundaries are not the same as city limits here: some Denver addresses are served by Cherry Creek School District, and parts of Aurora by Aurora Public Schools or Cherry Creek. Pam verifies the boundary for each address rather than relying on the city name.
Getting around
Location
I-225 and I-25 meet here, and RTD light rail serves stations along both corridors. Downtown and the airport are each typically a 20 to 30 minute drive, depending on traffic.
